Each year at our Protech Fusion Customer Conference, we present the All-Star award to one team member who consistently sets a standard of excellence with their leadership, “can-do” attitude and dedication to creating WOW!-inspiring customer service. In 2016, we bestowed this honor upon Senior Sales Engineer Justin Rossello.
Since joining Protech 10 years ago, Justin has grown both personally and professionally and is an invaluable member of the Protech family. His unique blend of talent, technical aptitude, creativity and passion has made him a vital asset to the company.
Protech staff and customers alike recognize Justin as a highly dependable “go-to” resource because of his diverse set of skills. From demonstrating Protech’s association management software (AMS) to potential clients and managing the company website, to working with the Research and Development (R&D) team on new products and services and even serving as the master of ceremonies at Fusion, Justin is always ready to lend a hand to support the company and its clients.
In addition to his own range of capabilities, Justin is a team player who loves to collaborate with his fellow team members to further improve Protech’s products or solve a customer issue. And, when faced with a problem he doesn’t have the solution to immediately, he always does his best to find one.
